missing fridge poor soundproofing
the location was decent near the ferry.
The room was not great. There was no fridge, so keeping water cold was impossible. also, i could hear everything happening in nearby rooms. the noise made sleeping difficult.

The location was ideal when I arrived via the port. Breakfast had plenty of choices and was very good. The room and hotel were very clean!

The room included a walk-in shower. The balcony offered a great view. I appreciated the bar with its attentive staff (They were very helpful). I got 4 single beds in my room as requested.

the front desk staff seemed really unconcerned. i found them pretty unhelpful when i had questions. the room wasn't properly cleaned and had several broken things. that's not what i expect at all.
